By purchasing from The Wedding Collection you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Design

The Wedding Collection has been curated with intention to make our signature invitations available for easy, online ordering. Each suite showcases a pre-determined look and style, however your wording, content, colour choices, and calligraphy style (if applicable) will largely dictate the overall design and layout. We will work together to customise your suite to best suit the content provided. 

Requests over and above the options available within the semi-custom range may be accommodated if timing and production allows. This includes (but is not limited to) specialty paper types/colors, print methods (eg. embossing, die-cutting), bespoke design and typographic styles. Additional costs apply.

Variations

Artisan papers and print methods make for beautiful and unique stationery. Handmade items by their very nature are subject to variations in size, shape, and color, and results may sometimes be slightly unpredictable. Handmade paper may have minor irregularities in shape and texture, and when paired with letterpress or foil your stationery can be a little varied or inconsistent. Letterpress and foil printing creates slight variations from one printed piece to the next, though these slight irregularities are the result of working by hand with artisanal and antique printing presses and are considered in-house as part of the process’ distinctive charm. Colors displayed on-screen will vary depending on monitors and screen resolution, and while every effort is made to accurately display these colours on our website and in digital proofs the digital representations may not be exact to the printed piece.

Calligraphy is hand-written to order. Slight variances to letter forms and placement will occur in the usual process of writing by hand. Placement, length, and sizing of calligraphy will vary depending on the content being written.

Availability

To ensure the availablity and quality of products within the semi-custom range Foundry Paper Co. works with a number of suppliers and paper mills, and these products may vary slightly from examples shown via the website. There may be times when certain papers, envelopes, or embellishments are not be readily available from our trusted suppliers. Should your preferred selection be unavailable at the time of your order you will be notified and presented with suitable alternatives.

The Wedding Collection is offered on a first come, first served basis and it’s generally recommended that you place your order as early as possible to secure a place in the production schedule. In the event that FPCo. is fully booked and unable to fulfill or accept new orders once a payment has been received a full refund will be issued.

Production & Timing

Once your order is placed your wording and customisation choices will be requested, and a digital design proof will be created for you based on the information provided. Two digital revision rounds are included for minor adjustments to your text/calligraphy — note this does not include complete rewrites or calligraphy style changes. Additional revisions incur a flat fee of USD$125.00 per round. Allow approx. 2-3 weeks for design depending on the scope of your suite, noting that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect production time and can delay your order.

Following approval of your digital proof(s) production will begin. Please ensure your digital proofs (provided as high-resolution PDF) are carefully checked for errors before approving your design for print. Amendments and/or revisions cannot be made to your order once approval for production has been received. The typical production timeframe is 3-5 weeks dependant on quantities and print method, however you will be notified immediately should additional time be required to complete your project. Allow an additional 1-2 weeks if you are including Add-ons or Embellishments, and an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping/delivery.

FPCo. reserves the right to cancel an order if received without adequate time given for design/production.

PRICING

Pricing is in USD and does not include applicable taxes or shipping costs. All prices listed are subject to change without notice. In the event that items on the website are priced incorrectly, FPCo. retains the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.

SHIPPING

Purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground with standard delivery times of 3-10 business days depending on your location. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and charges, of which payment is the sole responsibilty of the client. Please refer to the Shipping Policies for more information.

The final packed size and weight of your order will determine shipping costs, which will be invoiced separately prior to shipping your order. Once payment is processed your package will be shipped via tracked courier. FPCo. is not responsible for any loss, delays and damages during shipping. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow for transport and customs processes (if applicable).

Shipping fees are waived for stationery orders of USD$2,500 or more.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

As each semi-custom suite includes elements of custom design and calligraphy (where applicable) we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on the work once completed. Should you choose to cancel your order once your full payment has been made and production has begun FPCo. reserves the right to retain your full payment. Reprint costs due to errors found after final approval has been received are the sole responsibility of the client. Should you choose to cancel your order before print production has begun a refund of 50% of the total cost will be issued, less compensation for materials and time spent on your order prior to cancellation. This time will be allocated hourly and charged as such.

Privacy

The personal information that you provide will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. FPCo. will never share or sell your information to any third party.

Copyright

All designs, images, artworks and products presented in this website or in the products that you purchase are the sole property of FPCo. unless indicated otherwise.  All artwork, images and designs created and used during the proofing and production process are the sole property and copyright of FPCo. and may not be reproduced, decompiled, disassembled, modified or be used to create derivative works. All files exchanged during and within your order are for personal use and review only. Any unauthorized use of this content will be considered a violation of FPCo’s intellectual property rights. Exclusive rights to customised elements of a design (eg. monogram) may be purchased on an individually assessed basis (but not guaranteed) and requires an Art Licensing agreement.
