Custom Wedding Stationery
Bespoke design is a special and exciting part of your wedding experience — sharing your love story with family and friends in a way that is personal to you and your sweetheart, and giving you both a one-of-a-kind, intimate keepsake for what will no doubt be one of the most memorable days of your lives.
Let’s Chat
Collaborations begin with an inquiry, followed up via email to present a starting estimate of costs, initial ideas based on your moodboards/inspiration, and a tentative production timeline. Please note that FPCo. takes on a limited number of custom events per season, with custom clients generally earmarking $12,500+ for bespoke Save The Dates, Invitations, and on-the-day event stationery.
To secure your project on our calendar a 50% deposit and signed contract is required on acceptance of your proposal.
Concepts, Revisions & Approval
Timelines vary, however once we have your project underway you can expect to see design concepts within 3-4 weeks of your scheduled start date. We will look at all aspects from typography, layout, and colour palettes, through to paper, materials, print & finishing. Designs are typically refined over 3-5 rounds depending on the quantity of artwork and design complexity, and each iteration will be showcased in a digital proof clearly outlining your choices and options.
Production & Finishing
Following final approval your project moves into production. Letterpress plates and materials are ordered, your guest list will be finalised and we’ll move into ‘all-systems-go’ mode to bring your physical suite to life. Once complete your suite pieces will be carefully packed for shipment. Additional services include postage curation (standard or vintage options are both available) and assembly — we can also pack and stamp your stationery ready for mailing. Last but not least, we can even take care of sealing and mailing your suite if requested*.
Your Wedding Day
Our design process is tailored towards providing a complete package for your wedding day, carrying the first impression from your Save The Date and/or wedding suite through to on-the-day ceremony programs, menus, signage, and everything in between. We’d love to help you execute your dream wedding, and as such all custom clients receive priority scheduling for day-of design and production. In addition, on-site stationery services are available on request for custom clients (in collaboration with your Planner). On-site pricing is a daily rate based on location, plus travel and accommodation.
