Semi-custom orders are generally confirmed on a first-come first-served basis and require approx. 6-12 weeks from start to finish. Peak season bookings (April - September) and Add-On items may extend these timings. If you are unsure about timing for your event get in touch prior to ordering and we can discuss adequate scheduling for your stationery. Be sure to allow enough time to receive and assemble your suites prior to when you'd like to mail them to guests.

All orders shipped within the state of Washington are subject to sales tax.

Washington Residents: As sales tax varies depending on your physical address, applicable fees will be applied to your final invoice and must be paid along with your shipping fee on completion of your suite. If you are unsure of your local sales tax please visit the Department of Revenue website or get in touch with us directly prior to ordering for an estimate.

Guest Addressing (either calligraphy or digital) is not subject to sales tax.

Semi-custom collection orders over USD$2500 may be split into two payments on request (or three depending on the project scope and size). To request a Payment Plan for your order screenshot your ‘Cart’ items and email to orders@foundrypaperco.com and a Payment Plan Invoice will be created for you.

Once an order is received it’s reviewed by FPCo. and confirmation sent via email within 2-3 business days. Order confirmation includes set-up of a Client Portal where you’ll have access to all project documents, design drafts and digital proofs, and a form to submit your card wording and additional customisation preferences. Production timing is based on your wedding date, the mailing date requested for your order, and the date which your order is received.

A digital design draft including your full wording, paper, and color selections will be presented following confirmation of all wording and customisation requests, typically within 5-7 business days. Two rounds of revisions for minor changes to your text, layout, or calligraphy are included with your order to ensure all details are as expected. Additional revisions are charged at a flat rate of $US75.00 per round. Timing for final approval is dependent on revisions and the number of design rounds requested.

Once a final design is approved your order will be sent to print. Be sure to carefully review your proofs for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to submitting final approval as additional changes once your order has been approved for printing/production will incur additional costs. You will see and approve your design digitally before it goes into production.

Production times range from 2-6 weeks depending on the size and scope of your order and the print method(s) chosen. Allow an additional 1-2 weeks for Add-Ons or assembly services, and 1-2 weeks for shipping.

Assembly options may be ordered as an 'Add On', or provided partially if you are including detailing such as postage, envelope liners, or traditional wax seals. If assembly is not included with your order your suite is shipped with an assembled sample as a suggestion for how to best present your pieces to your family and friends.

Costing your sets for mailing and sourcing postage is available on request. If you have chosen this option your postage will be applied to the applicable envelopes, however your suite pieces and add-ons will be packaged un-assembled.

No, semi-custom design does not include mailing your suite to guests.

If you need your suite rushed please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss whether or not a rush is available. As rush orders require immediate attention this will depend predominantly on calendar availability, but also on print/production timing and a number of other factors. Additional fees will apply if your rush can be accommodated. Please inquire for details.

If your guest count has increased and you require more paper goods please get in touch as soon as possible to include these with your order. Additional print costs/add-ons and shipping fees will apply if your project is already in production.

Please note that FPCo. is unable to refund the difference between the number of sets ordered online and your final household count should this reduce once production has started.

Colours on printed pieces may differ slightly from what is displayed on your computer screen throughout the design and proofing timeline. Please note that your individual computer monitor or digital displays will be individually colour-calibrated, and printed colours may vary from those displayed on screen. If exact colour matching is required you may provide the studio with a physical swatch of the colour(s) requested to be used to cross-check during production (additional print set-up and production costs may apply).

For digital and letterpress printing we utilise the Pantone colour system, noting that colour formulas for letterpress are mixed by hand and replicating an exact swatch is not always possible (but we’ll try our best!).

Yes! If you are looking to include additional details such as Place/Escort Cards, Ceremony Programs, Menus, and/or Table Numbers to match your suite please contact FPCo. to discuss the options available.
