Shipping estimate for orders placed today:

Once an order is received it’s reviewed by FPCo. and confirmation sent via email within 2-3 business days. Order confirmation includes set-up of a Client Portal where you’ll have access to design drafts, digital proofs, and a form to submit your card wording and additional customisation preferences. Production timing is based on your wedding date, the mailing date requested for your order, and the date which your order is received.
DESIGN: 1-2 WEEKS
A digital design draft featuring your wording, paper, and color selections will be presented once we receive your completed customisation and wording form(s), typically within 5-10 business days. Two rounds of revisions are included with your order to ensure all details are as expected. Timing for final approval is dependent on revisions and the number of design rounds requested.
PRODUCTION: 2-6 WEEKS
Once a final design is approved your order will be sent to production. Additional changes once your order has been approved for printing/production will incur additional costs and production time. The print method chosen for your suite will largely dictate the production time required — typical timings are as follows: Digital: 2-3 weeks, Letterpress: 3-5 weeks; Hot Foil: 4-6 weeks.
ASSEMBLY / EMBELLISHMENTS: 1-3 weeks
Orders including Add-Ons such as wax seals, ribbon, wraps, and envelope liners generally require an additional 5-10 days for these items to be assembled with your stationery. Orders including calligraphy addressing, custom +illustration, and/or website design require a further 5-10 days for completion. Note: Shipping time is not included in your Production Timeline estimate.
The above estimate assumes all required information for a stationery order is received in a timely manner. Note that due to current paper shortages, shipping delays, and peak season production, estimated production dates are not guaranteed.
