Terms of Service (Summary)

It’s generally recommended that you order an additional 10-15 sets for last minute guests, and for your photographer/stylist/planner. This will be included in your quote/proposal unless otherwise requested.
Custom shipping requests and International Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced separately based on weight, speed, and insurance. Your final invoice must be paid before your suite will ship.
Standard production time is approximately 6-12 weeks depending on the scope of your suite, proof-approval/revisions turnaround, and print methods. Shipping time is additional.

I. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. Copyright Ownership. Foundry Paper Co. owns the copyright in any and all services provided pursuant to federal copyright law (Chapter 17, Section 201-02, of the United States Code.) Any and all designs produced in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Foundry Paper Co. to use in the reasonable course business.
b. Permitted Uses of Wedding stationery. Foundry Paper Co. grants the Client a non-exclusive license of designs produced with and for the Client for personal use only. Personal use includes use within the following contexts:
b.i. In photos on Client’s personal social media pages or profiles
b.ii. In personal creations, such as a scrapbook or personal gift
b.iii. In personal communications, such as a family newsletter or email or holiday card

II. ARTISTIC RELEASE
a. Style. Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Foundry Paper Co.’s work and has a reasonable expectation that the design will be produced in a similar manner and style.
b. Consistency. Foundry Paper Co. will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Client’s designs are produced in a style and manner consistent with the current portfolio and will try to incorporate any suggestions Client makes. However, Client understands and agrees that:
b.i. Every client and wedding is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs;
b.ii. Wedding stationery design is a subjective art and Foundry Paper Co. has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique;
b.iii. Foundry Paper Co. will use personal and professional artistic judgment to create designs for the Client, which may not include strict adherence to the Client’s suggestions;
b.iv. It is within Foundry Paper Co.’s sole discretion as to how to edit the designs created;
b.v. Dissatisfaction with Foundry Paper Co.’s aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.

III. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
a. Maximum Damages. The Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages she/he is entitled to in any claim of or relating to this Agreement or Services provided herein are not to exceed the project’s total cost as set forth in the Client’s invoice(s) once a Contract is made.
b. Indemnification. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Foundry Paper Co. and its employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services and/or products provided to the Client.
